The Ark Business Centre was created in 1999 to provide workshop and office accommodation for new and start up businesses.
There are 17 workspaces with 2 conference rooms and an interview room.
It is has been established with help from Leicestershire County Council and the Loughborough Partnership through funding from the Single Regeneration Budget (SRB). It is owned and managed by Charnwood Borough Council.
What we offer
- A 3 year lease with a 2 month notice period
- The Service Charge covers the maintenance of the building, car park and landscaping,cleaning of the communal areas and the provision of the reception services which includes message taking and post handling
- A kitchen
- Pay as you use business services such as word processing, photocopying, postage and fax facilities
