Learn 2 Earn (L2E)

Who runs it?

Learn 2 Earn is a scheme to help adults who are on Incapacity Benefit into learning and work. L2E is a partnership between the Breaking the Barriers Employment Service and Leicestershire Adult Learning Service.

Who is it for?

You are elegible for FREE help if you live in Leicestershire, and if you are receiving Incapacity Benefit, Income Support / National Insurance Credits (because of incapacity) or Severe Disablement Allowance.

If you would like to have a job but feel unsure of how you would cope, or are worried about how work will affect your benefits or need to learn new skills for work, then Learn 2 Earn can help you.

What does it offer?

The service is FREE
The service is CONFIDENTIAL
Your benefits will NOT be affected by asking about, or using, this service
Help can be provided with transport and child care costs
Learning programmes are fully supported
You are helped and supported to find employment
There is continued support when in work
